Lifestyle coaching, as I offer it, consists of two pillars/dimensions. Both can be the starting point of the coaching. Regardless of where we start and where the emphasis lies, both dimensions are always addressed.

Physical dimension
The physical dimension of lifestyle coaching focuses on awareness and optimising health and vitality by making changes in four lifestyle factors: movement, sleep, nutrition and relaxation (stress management).

Emotional, relational and spiritual dimension
The emotional, relational and spiritual dimension focuses on awareness and realising your desires and passions in relation to meaning and purpose (activities and/or work), mindset and personal relationships.
The two dimensions complement and nourish each other!
A healthy lifestyle is not a goal in itself, but rather a means to a higher goal: living from your desires and unique qualities.
