Coaching with a starting point chosen by the client, with attention to both dimensions: 6 coaching sessions focused on analysis, awareness and insight, setting goals, and creating an individual plan for a sustainably healthy lifestyle.
Coaching with a focus on the physical dimension of lifestyle coaching: 3 coaching sessions aimed at analysis, awareness and insight into health and vitality by mapping the four lifestyle factors: movement, sleep, nutrition and relaxation (stress management).
Coaching with a focus on the emotional, relational and spiritual dimension of lifestyle coaching: 3 coaching sessions focused on analysis, awareness and insight into emotional, relational and spiritual functioning and sense of purpose.
All programs are characterised by intensive, personal guidance with exercises, assignments and tailored information and education. Between sessions, there is contact via email or app.
