Voedingbreed

Voedingbreed coaching starts from a point choses by the client, with attention to both dimensions. 6 coaching sessions focus on analysis, awareness and insight, creating an individual nutrition plan and setting goals towards a sustainably healthy lifestyle.

You will learn how to deal with challenging moments and temptations. You gain insight into activities or situations that give you energy and those that drain it, and you learn to make different choices in these areas. You discover how mindset and mindfulness support weight loss and behaviour change in general.

The goals focus on developing a healthy eating pattern, moving more regularly, sleeping well, and reducing stress. In short, feeling vital so you can enjoy life more!

Approach

Before the first session, I send you a BRAVO intake questionnaire with questions about lifestyle factors such as nutrition, movement, sleep, smoking, use of alcohol or other substances, and relaxation. In addition, you receive several questions about personal relationships, activities and work, focusing on meaning and purpose.

You decide how extensively you complete the questionnaires, taking into account where the focus of the coaching lies.

The first session (intake) lasts 1.5 hours. We go through the questionnaire(s) to clarify your personal situation and wishes. We discuss mutual expectations, and you formulate a goal that gives direction to the coaching.

The following sessions last 50 minutes.

What nourishes you on all levels, and where would you like to make improvements? We explore this in relation to your coaching question, and you start making changes step by step.

The coaching is aimed at creating awareness and making purposeful adjustments to your lifestyle. I support you in becoming aware of limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. You learn to look at situations from different perspectives, which leads to greater awareness and insight into your current situation.

As part of the Voedingbreed program, you temporarily keep a food, sleep or energy diary, complete a questionnaire, and carry out small assignments.

After the awareness phase, you begin to implement changes in your life. I introduce skills that you can experiment with, such as setting priorities, expressing boundaries, preparing food, and integrating movement into your daily life. I also offer techniques and exercises to improve focus and relaxation.

I provide tailored information and advice on sleep, nutrition, movement, and your energy balance.

The Voedingbreed program (6 sessions) costs 394 euros. This includes personal guidance and advice tailored to your situation.
